The Angénieux EZ-1 30–90 mm Cinema Lens Pack includes the EZ-1 30–90 mm zoom lens with a PL mount, as well as both rear lens groups: the Super35 and the FF/VistaVision versions. The lens is fast, rated at T2.0 in Super35 format and T3.0 in full-frame/VistaVision format. Swapping the rear lens groups does not affect the physical length of the lens, the minimum focus distance, or the 3× zoom ratio. However, the full-frame rear lens group changes the lens from a 30–90 mm zoom covering Super35 to a 45–135 mm zoom covering the full-frame/VistaVision format.

The lens itself features three manual control rings: focus, iris, and zoom. Each ring has cine-style 0.8 MOD gearing, compatible with follow focus systems and lens control motors. The 114 mm front diameter allows compatibility with a wide range of rod-mounted matte box solutions.
